The Correlation of Psychological Well-Being with Work Engagement for Millennial Workers in Malang City


 Covid-19 does not only have impact on the psychological well-being but also work conditions of each individual. Psychological is a concept happiness that present in every individual and formed from various kinds life experiences, both positive negative. one factors can affect engagement. Work engagement requires attitude based vigor, dedication absorption to be involved emotionally, cognitively, physically professional environment. This study aims determine relationship between for millennial workers during pandemic. The methods used were quantitative correlational. research sample was 50 who Malang City. taken using incidental sampling technique. Utrecht Engagement Scales (UWES) Well-being used. Data analysis conducted Pearson product moment correlation. results showed there significant Malang. means tend towards job.
